SwiftTQ DANGLER Carrier

Product Description

Please note, All current SwiftTQ carriers have been updated to a 5" sleeve that has both better tourniquet and color retention. Black is a deeper black and Coyote is a more traditional coyote color. We have also added Multicam.

Standard Hook/Loop configuration is Loop on front Hook on back. Make sure that your armor pocket will accommodate this.

The SwiftTQ Dangler is a solution to carrying a variety of tourniquets in the horizontal position at the bottom of a plate carrier and certain chest rigs. I is designed to integrate into the armor pocket flap or to the front of the carrier under the cummerbund.  The tourniquet is supported by 5" MIL-W-5664 wide webbing elastic which provides a firm hold. Scuba webbing carriers the TQ sleeve and the hook and loop that attaches to the carrier. This simple solution makes for no excuses to not be prepared. The tear away deployment system supports the TQ while allowing one handed ambidextrous extraction from either end. The SwiftTQ was designed with the tourniquet in mind but can easily be adapted to carry other items for self aid, outdoor adventure etc.

We recommend flat folding all tourniquets in order to offer the lowest profile with the cleanest deployment. Instruction for staging, flat folding and the proper use of most tourniquets can be found through various resources online. The SwiftTQ is perfectly suited to the SOFTT-Wide and will work with the standard SOFT and various generations of the CAT. CAT tourniquets work best when folded into the windless catch in order to keep it as low pro as possible. We recommend folding your TQ to the approx length of the windless bar (generally 5.5-6"). Remember, there is no substitute for proper training and practice.

Standard SwiftTQs now ship with a black or coyote ,w/red ends, tear away strap and your choice of black or red velcro D-ring pull strap with black D-rings (deployment system)

BUMP SYSTEM...this is our latest addition to the SwiftTQ. The bump system removes the standard deployment system in favor of a streamlined deployment solution that partially ejects the TQ out of the carrier sleeve. The system can only be ejected out of one side of the sleeve but it has no additional parts (deployment system) to have to police once the TQ is deployed. Simply flat fold your TQ and shove it into the sleeve. Deployment is as easy as tugging on the D-ring which will "bump" the TQ out of the sleeve just enough to grab.

The SwiftTQ carrier is sold as a carrier only and does not include the tourniquet.
